12" Trailer Wheel Hub

The 12" Trailer Wheel Hub is a core load-bearing component at the wheel end of a light-duty non-motorized trailer. It is a standard universal wheel hub assembly that fits 12-inch rims and is primarily targeted at lightweight, low-load-bearing trailers such as light-duty family trailers, small caravan trailers, motorboat trailers, light-duty cargo trailers, garden tool trailers, and small ATV/UTV trailers.

■ Rim mounting flange surface: Located on the outer side of the wheel hub, it features extremely high flatness precision and evenly distributed standard bolt holes for securing 12-inch trailer-specific rims. The bolt holes are chamfered to prevent scratching the rim. High-strength flange nuts ensure a tight connection between the rim and hub during operation, preventing loosening or displacement on bumpy roads.

■ Axle mating and positioning area: The inner side features a precise center positioning stop that perfectly fits the solid axle flange of a light-duty trailer, ensuring coaxiality between the wheel hub and axle. This prevents vibrations and uneven tire wear during driving. The flange's got pre-drilled bolt holes for the axle. They line up exactly with the standard mounting spacing on regular trailer axles. That makes install and alignment way easier-even if you've never done this kind of work before, you can wrap up the assembly and get everything lined up pretty quick.

■ Bearing and Oil Seal Installation Position: Features a built-in double-row tapered roller bearing installation position with different inner and outer bearing specifications, suitable for light-duty trailer bearing assemblies. Combined with a double-layer skeleton oil seal, it achieves all-around sealing, effectively preventing road mud, dust, and gravel from entering the bearing and brake chambers, preventing bearing corrosion and brake component jamming, and extending the service life of core components.

■ Brake Drum Integrated Working Surface: The brake drum friction working surface is integrated into the inner side of the wheel hub. The inner wall is a high-precision cylindrical surface, suitable for light-duty trailer brake pads. The braking torque is tailored to the braking requirements of light-duty trailers. The outer wall features simple heat dissipation fins to help dissipate braking heat, alleviate conventional brake fade, and ensure short-distance braking stability.
