Materials & Production
■ Main Materials
The friction ring of the fully floating two-piece rotor is made of high-carbon cast iron (G3500). The high-carbon cast iron material enables the friction surface to withstand working temperatures ranging from 650 to 700 degrees Celsius, and the built-in ventilation channels can quickly dissipate heat, keeping the rotor in its optimal working condition at all times. The material of the center cap is 6061 aluminum. This material can ensure that the strength of the cap is sufficiently high while significantly reducing the overall mass of the rotor.
Quality Control & Certifications
Before assembling the product, a dynamic balance test will be conducted on the friction ring. The test load is 100g.cm. After the assembly is completed, a vibration test will also be carried out. The vibration detection should not exceed 0.05.
