Technological Process Of Production

 

1. Fiber pre-treatment

Carbon fiber cutting, coating protection, and mixing with resin and ceramic powder.

2. Hot pressing molding

The mixture is poured into the mold, and then it is subjected to high temperature and high pressure to form the "green body".

3. High-temperature carbonization

At 900℃, oxygen-free sintering occurs, and the resin is converted into carbon, forming a porous carbon matrix.

4. Vacuum Silicon Infiltration

At a temperature of 1700℃ in a vacuum, liquid silicon infiltrates and reacts to form silicon carbide ceramics.

5. Precision Processing

Diamond tools for grinding, drilling, dynamic balancing, and surface treatment.

6. Quality Inspection and Packaging

Hardness, density, heat resistance, and size checks are all conducted. Products are qualified and can be shipped.
